For the purposes of downloading the Mapping the Creative Industry in Brazil, I declare that I am over 18 years of age. I am aware of and agree to the conditions set forth herein regarding the processing of my personal data.

The data collected will be used to create a database of qualified leads for the development and promotion of a participatory Network of Firjan events focused on Innovation and Creative Industries. By providing your information, and if duly authorized, you may also receive communications about activities related to this sector.

It is important to note that your data will be used solely for the purposes described above. They will not be shared with third parties or disclosed individually and will be retained for a period of 10 years.

In accordance with Article 18 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados - LGPD), you have the right to request, at any time:

(i) confirmation of whether your data is been processed;
(ii) access to your personal data;
(iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data;
(iv) anonymization, blocking, or deletion of personal data that are unnecessary, excessive, or processed in non-compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law;
(v) portability of your personal data, upon express request submitted to the Institution’s Data Protection Officer (DPO);
(vi) revocation of your consent;
(vii) information regarding public and private entities with which data has been shared;
(viii) information about the possibility of withholding consent and the consequences of such refusal, by submitting a request to dpo@firjan.com.br
